Our Fees
Initial Home or School Assessment – £1000.
- We will advise if face-to-face is required when booking the assessment.
- Required if wanting ADHD medication initiation and have a NICE-compliant high-quality ADHD diagnostic report.
- Includes any relevant health assessments, all liaison, travel (within North Yorkshire), assessment and report writing.
Initial online assessment for most conditions – £800.
- We will advise if online is possible when booking the assessment.
- Not possible if a health assessment is required.
- This includes all liaison, assessment and report writing.
ADHD Assessment – £1900
- This includes:-
- The Assessment.
- Travel and school visits (within North Yorkshire)
- Diagnostic questionnaires and review.
- Physical Health Review
- The Report.
- Telehealth feedback appointment including next steps discussion (including adaptations for school).
Treatment and Review – £200/£140
- £200 with Consultant.
- £140 with Nurse Prescriber.
- Most treatment and review sessions are 45 minutes.
- For ADHD medication initiation, reviews will initially be face to face, every 1-2 weeks.
Private Prescriptions
- Private prescriptions are charged at £6 (plus £2.50pp) if using Healistic private prescription service or £11 if requesting a standard posted prescription.
Other Fees
- Consultation, liaison and professional meetings are charged at £200 per hour.
- Professional Reports are charged at £150.
- Requests for letters are charged at £15 per item requested.
- Travel costs are £3 per mile if a home or school visit is requested or required.
Payment Methods
We take payment via Bank transfer (BACS)
Details will be provided within the invoice. We are unable to take card payments at this time.
Cancellations
Fees are normally due at the time of booking confirmation via BAC’s.
Please provide at least 3 working days (72 hours) notice for cancellations. Cancellations after this time will be charged the full appointment fee.
Private Medical Insurance
Please note that we do not take payments directly from private insurance providers.
Appointments are required to be paid for by you in advance and we will provide a receipt which you can give to your insurance company to reimburse your fees. Please check with your insurer prior to booking that they will reimburse your fees.
